Union Home Minister Amit Shah visits late Suresh Angadi’s home to condole the family
Belagavi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah visited the residence of union minister for state railways Suresh Angadi at Sampige road, Visvesvaraya Nagar in Belagavi on Sunday. He paid floral tribute to the portrait of late Suresh Angadi.
He was a very good personality and had great potential to work for his people and state. I was also taking treatment in the intensive care unit at the same hospital while he was suffering from COVID19. His death caused a huge loss to the country he said.
Shah condoled the Suresh Angadi’s wife Mangala, Daughters Spoorthi, Shraddha, Son-in-law’s Dr Rahul Patil, Sankalp Shetter, younger brother Mohan Angadi and prayed in God that to give strength to overcome the sadness. He could not able to meet Angadi’s mother Somawwa, as she was staying at Nagerahal (Kondasakoppa) due to illness.
Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa, State In charge of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Arun Kumar, State President Nalin Kumar Katil, Union Parliamentary Affairs, Mines and Coal Minister Pralhad Joshi, Large and Medium Industries and Public Affairs Minister Jagadish Shettar, MLA’s were present.
Tight security was deployed surrounding the area of the residence of late Suresh Angadi in the backdrop of the Amit Shah visit. The public computing was banned for some time. The breakfast was prepared in the supervision of the food safety officers.
Personnel assistant of late Angadi, Raju Joshi, Srikanth Kadakol, Santosh Tubachi, Shivalingaiah Alayiyavarmath and others were present at the event.
