Belagavi: The Belagavi cantonment board has prepared an action plan of development works in its limits in the cost of Rs 5.32 crore. The board has already conducted the tender process and through which it has selected five contractors.
Belagavi cantonment board has planned to take up the road, gutter concrete work, development of the garden, park in the open land, proper supply of drinking water, repair of the Drainage line and repair of school classrooms in the camp limits of Belagavi city. The chief executive officer of the board Barschaswa has informed of taking these works in the board meeting held on Tuesday.
The board has prepared the action plan of taking up a total of seven works in the cost of Rs 5, 32, 4392. The officials have asked the contractor to provide the work details and the total cost of the expenditure of the work.

Besides these works, Belagavi Smart city Ltd.(Bscl) is also taking up some development works with the permission from the cantonment board and defence officials in the Camp area of Belagavi.
