Belagavi: The BJP leader, MLA Siddu Savadi’s and his supporters act during the Mahalingpur town municipal elections is condemnable. BJP speaks about the culture but their behavior is rude. People who incurred losses due to flood, heavy rains in the state are not given compensation but us very active in elections. BJP government is failed in all sectors alleged opposition leader in legislative council SR Patil.
Speaking in Belagavi on Thursday, he said there is saying that ‘God exist where there is respect to women in the country’. Prime Minister keep on saying ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’. BJP speaks about culture. But there behavior with helpless women is shameful. BJP MLA from Terdal constituency Siddu Savadi and his supporters have literally pulled down a women member using hand power during the elections of Mahalingpur town municipal. I had respect for Savadi as senior politician but never expected such rude and inhuman behavior from him he alleged.
There is huge loss of crops and houses due to the heavy down pour and flood in Belagavi and other parts of the state but the farmers and victims have got nothing as relief from the government. Government should take measures to compensate the flood victim’s urged opposition leader SR Patil.
