Belagavi: The government has decided to ban the celebration of the New Year in public in the state in the backdrop of fears of a second wave of COVID19 said revenue minister R Ashok.
Talking to media in Belagavi on Saturday evening, minister R Ashok said that Home Minister Bommai and he had discussed with chief minister over this matter. Chief Minister also agreed for this decision he said.
Reacting to former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy’s statement he said ‘It is now clear that Siddaramaiah is the reason behind the collapse of the coalition government. Kumaraswamy at least now realises the truth. He has enlightened now that ‘Vanavasa’ is for sure to him if made friendship with Congress.
